CON GRAN PESAR ANUNCIAMOS EL SENSIBLE FALLECIMIENTO DE LA NIÑA TERESA ALICIA LEON GRAVE, QUIEN PARTIÓ DE ESTE MUNDO EL SÁBADO 24 DE FEBRERO 2024 EN EL HOSPITAL DE NIÑOS DE MINNEAPOLIS MN, TERESA TRAJO GOZO Y LUZ A LAS VIDAS DE SU PADRES PEDRO LEÓN CIPRIAN Y MARTA JULIA GRAVE CHICAJ.ELLA  TIENE MUCHOS MIEMBROS DE FAMILIA QUE LA AMAN: SU HERMANA MARÍA, SU HERMANO PEDRO, ABUELOS,TIAS, TIOS, PRIMOS Y AMIGOS.

MIENTRAS REFLEXIONAMOS SOBRE EL CORTO PERO PRECIOSO TIEMPO EN QUE TERESA FUE PARTE DE NUESTRAS VIDAS, RECORDAMOS SU CALOR , SU INOCENCIA  Y EL AMOR QUE COMPARTIÓ CON TODOS A SU ALREDEDOR. ELLA POR SIEMPRE VIVIRÁ  EN EL CORAZÓN DE SU FAMILIA , QUIEN ENCUENTRA EL CONSUELO EN SU PRESENCIA. 

VISITACIÓN DARÁ COMIENZO A PARTIR DE LAS 12 PM Y CONTINUARÁ DURANTE EL DÍA Y POR LA TARDE  A LAS 5 PM SE LLEVARÁ   ACABO LA MISA  PARA HONRAR Y RECORDAR LA VIDA DE TERESA ALICIA LEON GRAVE PARA PROVEER LA OPORTUNIDAD A SUS SERES QUERIDOS Y AMIGOS DE DAR SUS RESPETOS Y CELEBRAR SU CORTA PERO IMPACTANTE VIDA. DURANTE ESTE TIEMPO DE DOLOR PODEMOS ENCONTRAR PAZ Y CONSUELO EN EL RECUERDO Y LAS MEMORIAS CON TERESA, SU ESPÍRITU VIVIRÁ ETERNAMENTE EN LOS CORAZONES DE TODOS LOS QUE TUVIMOS EL PRIVILEGIO DE CONOCERLE,     

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Teresa Alicia Leon Grave, who departed this world on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the tender age of 17 months at the Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. Born on September 19, 2022, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Teresa brought joy and light to the lives of her parents, Pedro Leon Ciprian and Marta Julia Grave Chicaj. She has many more loving family members: sister Maria, brother Pedro, grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, and many friends.

As we reflect on the brief but precious time Teresa was part of our lives, we remember her warmth, innocence, and the love she shared with those around her. She will forever remain in the hearts of her family, who found solace in her presence.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. and continue to 5:30 p.m., on Friday, March 1, 2024, at St. Leonard Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will follow at 5:30 p.m. to honor and remember Teresa Alicia Leon Grave future, providing an opportunity for friends and loved ones to pay their respects and celebrate her short but impactful life. In this time of grief, may we find comfort in the memories and love shared with Teresa. Her spirit will live on eternally in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
