Kim Salwei

Kim Salwei, 51, Pelican Rapids, MN, formerly of Fergus Falls, died on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND. Kimberly Marie was born January 8, 1968 in Fergus Falls, MN the daughter of Peter and Kathy (Johnson) Frees. Kim was raised in Fergus Falls and later graduated from Fergus Falls High School.  Kim continued to live in Fergus working various jobs.  Several years ago, she moved to Pelican Rapids. Kim’s family have fond memories of the time they spent on Ten Mile Lake. Kim is survived by her son Jared (Promise) Salwei and their children: Justice & Legend of Nampa, ID; daughter Jordan (Logan Bolstad) Salwei, Ottertail, MN; sister Kelly Shaw, Moorhead. Kim is preceded in death by her parents; and Jared and Jordan’s father, Korey.
