Clifford "Cliff" Boese

Clifford Boese, 86, of Richville, MN died on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Perham Memorial Hospital.  Clifford Ernest Boese was born on November 16, 1932 in Fergus Falls to Carl and Myrtle (Kroll) Boese.  He grew up and lived on the family farm near Erhard, MN.  The family moved to Pelican Rapids in 1964.  Cliff worked at Productive Alternatives in Fergus Falls and then moved to Richville and worked at Productive Alternatives in Perham. He looked forward to going to work every day, even while he was getting cancer treatments.  Cliff enjoyed birds and flowers. He would often water them for his Mom.  He kept a careful watch on his bird feeder and hanging plant outside of window in Richville.  He also enjoyed teasing his niece, Robin, aka “Mabel.”  Cliff is survived by his sister Lucille (Ron) Stadum of Rothsay and their children Robin Milbeck, her children Bill (Lindsay) their children Hazen and Londyn of Erhard, Richard (special friend Amy DePatie) Milbeck, Lisa (Bob) Grant of Elizabeth, MN their children Bobby Grant and Tessa Grant and her children Izzy and Denver, Lynn Fultz, her children Jericka Haugen, her children Shania, Charm, August Cheney, children Kaysen and Maysen Flatland, Ronald Cheney all of Thief River Falls, MN, William (Donna) Stadum and their children Andrea (AJ Diaz) Stadum, Marcus Stadum, Kane Stadum, all of Casa Grande, AZ, sister Virginia Hunter, her children Tim Johnson, Michelle (Steve) Seggermann, their son Jon all of Fergus Falls, MN, and one aunt, Laverne Hanson of Pelican Rapids, MN.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, brother Wallace, brother-in-law Neil Hunter and nephew Daryl Milbeck, nephew Jacob Haugen, niece Angel Stadum, aunts and uncles, and cousins and a special friend Geraldine.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, February 1, 2019 at Larson Funeral Home in Pelican Rapids, MN with Rev. John Christensen officiating.  Visitation will be from 10-11 AM Friday at Larson Funeral Home.   Burial will be in the spring in Lake View Cemetery, Pelican Rapids, MN.  Please keep the Boese in your thoughts and prayers.
