Vivian Otto

Vivian Otto, age 91, a resident of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, died on Monday, November 24, 2008, at the Good Samaritan Society in Pelican Rapids.Vivian Emily Otto was born August 22, 1917, in Vergas, Minnesota, the daughter of Dr. Henry and Alice (Norgren) Otto.She was raised in Frazee, Minnesota, and attended Frazee High School and was a member of the United Methodist Church.As a young girl, Vivian was a member of the Campfire Girls. Vivian played the baritone in the school band.She loved to play the piano for local events.She also participated in hometown talent plays. Vivian enjoyed spending time outdoors.Vivian was a long time resident of the Good Samaritan Society in Pelican Rapids.Vivian is survived by her bother, Kermit Otto, West St. Paul, Minnesota; nephew, Carl Otto, West St. Paul, Minnesota.She was preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Pearl Otto; niece, Theresa Hosford.Blessed Be the Memory of Vivian Otto
