Rosetta Wischnack

Rosetta Wischnack, age 91, a resident of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, died on Monday, March 30, 2009, at the Good Samaritan Society in Pelican Rapids.Rosetta M. Chapman was born August 22, 1917, in Star Lake Township near Dent, Minnesota, the daughter of James and Laura (Jenne) Chapman. She married Albert Wischnack on November 15, 1933, in Dora Lutheran Church, rural Dent.They lived in North Dakota, California, Washington, and Oregon, but moved back to Minnesota, where she worked at West Central Turkeys in Pelican Rapids for 21 years.Rosetta had many hobbies; bird watching, reading, puzzles, latch hook rugs and textile painting. At the Good Samaritan Society she enjoyed bird watching, music programs and church.Rosetta will be sadly missed by her sons:Herb (Marla) Wischnack, Pelican Rapids, MN, and Elmer Wischnack, Dent, MN; grandchildren:Greg, Mike (Cindy), Michele, Herb (Kristi), Dan, Brian (Carol), Elmer John (Tammy); great-grandchildren:Joshua, Jessica, and Justin Everson, Amber Wischnack, Brighton Wischnack, Zach, Jake, Reanna and Teagan Biber; great-great-grandchild, Aiden; brother, Charles (Thelma) Chapman, Dent, MN; sister, Ada Veazie, Kalama, WA; special friend, Norma Helgeson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Laura; husband, Albert; son, Donald; brothers: Melvin, Bill, John, Dayton, Jim, Alfred and Art; sisters: Clara and Lillian.Blessed Be The Memory Of Rosetta Wischnack
