Ronald Bacon

Ronald Bacon, age 71, a resident of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, died of a cerebral hemorrhage on Saturday, March 27, 2010, at Innovis Health in Fargo, North Dakota.Ronald George Bacon was born May 18, 1938, in Pilot Mound, Minnesota, the son of Harvey and Orletha (Bremseth) Bacon.He was educated in the Rochester Public Schools.In 1955, Ronald joined the U.S. Navy.He was united in marriage to Patricia Kelley on June 3, 1957.They had one child, Kathleen.Later, they were divorced but always remained good friends.Ronald made his home in Pelican Rapids for many years. He was a carpenter by trade.Ron enjoyed everyday walking with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.He also enjoyed woodworking, fishing, the outdoors, music, a good joke, his dog Sparky, and his many friends. Ron is survived by his daughter, Kathleen (Randy) Bacon-Lahey Hollister, Rochester, MN; a granddaughter, Kelley Hollister; a grandson, Daniel Hollister; and his sister, Yvonne Agnew, Mission Hills, CA.He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Orletha; a brother, Wesley Bacon; and a sister, Janice Glacken.Blessed Be The Memory Of Ronald Bacon
