Robert "Bob" Bjorgo

Robert "Bob" Dale Bjorgo, age 56, of Pelican Rapids, MN, died Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Emmanuel Nursing Home in Detroit Lakes, MN, after a two year battle with cancer.Bob was born March 19, 1959 to Helen Marion (Andersen) and Sanford Bjorgo in Seattle, WA. He graduated from Pelican Rapids High School in 1977 and obtained an associate degree in Finance and Credit from Alexandria Technical College in 1979. After working in the Twin Cities as a branch manager at Community Credit, he returned to Pelican Rapids in 1981. He owned and operated Diversified Credit Service in Fergus Falls and Pelican Rapids for many years. Bob was also an Emergency Medical Technician for over 20 years with the Fergus Falls and Pelican Rapids crews. He was proud to help others.Bob enjoyed hunting and fishing and attending RedHawks baseball games in Fargo. He also liked to argue with Gizmo Pup over treats.He is survived by his brother, Dave Bjorgo; sister, Sharon Bjorgo; and Gizmo Pup, all of Pelican Rapids, MNHe was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Christopher.We will miss you, Little Brother.
